All JIHAN orders are prepared and dispatched from Paris once a week, every Wednesday. Orders placed after the weekly processing cut-off will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

During particularly busy periods or around French public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as a small and independent team.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Available delivery services and the applicable shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

Estimated delivery times following dispatch:

1-3 business days to France
2-5 business days to European Union
3-7 business days to United Kingdom

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays. Customer care and order distribution are closed on weekends and French public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If your parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact shop@fromjihan.com so that we can investigate with DHL.
