Kaïa Organic Olive Oil

Kaïa is a single-origin organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Tunisia from 100% heirloom Chemlali olives, grown on the fifth-generation Ben Romdane family estate.

Harvested by hand and cold-pressed the same day, the oil has a balanced flavour with notes of green almond, nuts and ripe tomato, followed by a subtle peppery finish. It has a low acidity level of 0.2% and is certified organic by Ecocert.

The olives come from centennial trees and the entire process, from picking and grading to pressing and bottling, is overseen by producer Sarah Ben Romdane. The result is a fully traceable olive oil with subtle variations from harvest to harvest.
