Lamiri Harissa

A family-run product with its roots in the heart of Tunis. The recipe has been passed down through generations of the Lamiri family and is made in La Marsa, Tunisia.

Made with dried chillies, tabil — a blend of caraway, coriander and cumin seeds with red chilli flakes — extra virgin olive oil, salt and fresh garlic. Endlessly versatile, use it to spice up pasta sauces, marinate meats, or simply enjoy with bread and olive oil. Top up with a dash of olive oil after each use.
